Why local control
Most smart home platforms depend on the internet to function. When their service goes down, your home stops responding. When the company changes its terms, your setup changes too.
Your system runs entirely inside your home. If the internet drops, your lights and shading carry on as normal. Because the day-to-day running doesn't depend on a manufacturer's server, a discontinued product line doesn't stop your house working; you'd only feel it years later, when a device fails and its replacement is a different model. You own the system outright, with no ongoing fees to keep it running.

- Scope and quote. A clear written proposal with no hidden extras. We explain every recommendation.
- Installation. Clean, discreet, and designed to be invisible. Neat cabling is part of the standard.
- Walkthrough. We show you how everything works before we leave, and make sure you're comfortable.
- Ongoing care. An optional monthly retainer for updates, health checks, and a direct line to us whenever you need it.
