Where we work.
We're at 2691 E Main St on the east side of Columbus. There's no storefront and no branch offices. We load the van and drive to you. If a remote session can fix it, distance doesn't matter.

Bexley
Five minutes from our address. Older houses, thick walls, and the WiFi problems that come with both.
Whitehall
Directly east of Bexley. Repair-first work, virus cleanups, printers, and small independent businesses.
Gahanna
Northeast of us. Home offices, two-story coverage, cameras, and small suburban offices.
New Albany
Larger houses and longer driveways, which changes how we design networks and cameras.
Westerville
North side. A good mix of family homes and small offices that need real IT rather than a nephew.
Worthington
Historic houses that fight back against cabling, plus the professional practices near High Street.
Upper Arlington
West side, almost entirely residential. Repairs, replacements, cleanups, and home networks.
Dublin
The far end of our range and the most business-heavy. Networking, backup, and email work.
If your town isn't here
These eight are the places we get asked about most. They aren't a fence. Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Hilliard, Grandview, Pickerington, and the rest of Franklin County are all reachable. If a job is far enough out that a remote session or a different provider makes more sense for you, we'll tell you.
Remote support costs the same no matter where you are. Software faults, email problems, backups, and most business server work never needed anyone in the room.
Same rates everywhere we go
We don't charge more because you live further out. Homes pay a flat $85 diagnostic and $85 an hour after that. Businesses have a two-hour minimum, $170, which covers the call-out, diagnosis, and up to two hours of work. After that it's $85 an hour. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
