HP printers and toner
We supply HP printers and genuine HP toner, quoted like for like from your printer model or cartridge number. No contract, no copier lease, no paper. Toner and printers are billed separately for everyone, managed IT clients included.
HP Amplify Business Partner
George & Co Systems Ltd is an HP Amplify Business Partner for print hardware and supplies. Printers and toner come through HP's authorized distribution. Genuine HP only, no compatibles.
What we supply
- Genuine HP toner and ink for the printers you already have
- HP LaserJet printers and multifunction devices, itemized on the quote and yours to keep
- A standing reorder if you want one. Otherwise, send the cartridge number when you need it
- A new printer comes with a starter cartridge. Ask and we'll quote the full-size cartridge too
- Replacement advice when a machine is costing more than it is worth
Two offices ordered this way in September and October 2026. They emailed a cartridge list, got a like-for-like quote, and had the toner delivered to the office.
Pricing
We don't publish product prices because the HP channel price moves. Send the cartridge number or your last order and we quote it in writing. Hourly rates for setup work are on the pricing page.
Printer setup, repair and maintenance
Supplies only is fine. We also set up new printers on your network and workstations, drivers and scanning included, and supply HP maintenance kits for the printers you have. Hardware, supplies and labor are itemized on the quote. Printer faults are diagnosed and fixed where the machine is worth it. Where it is not, we quote a replacement.
For managed IT clients, printer setup, repairs and toner ordering are part of the monthly plan. The toner and the printers themselves are not. For offices that need a hand now and then, hourly business support covers the printer too.
