Pricing
Homes and businesses pay different rates. Both are below, and every job is quoted in writing before it starts.
- $85 diagnostic (residential). We look at the problem, remote, on site, or by collecting the device, and give you a written quote for the fix. Work starts once you approve that quote. If it isn't worth fixing, we say so and the $85 is all you spend.
- $220 two-hour minimum (business). Covers the call-out, diagnosis, and up to two hours of repair work. Parts and licenses are quoted separately.
- Hourly work. Residential work is $85 per hour after the diagnostic. Business work is $110 per hour beyond the two-hour minimum, remote or on site. We bill only for time you approved.
- $85 surcharge for after-hours or agreed rush work. One flat addition, not a multiplier.
Existing service agreements follow their agreed rates.
Installations and projects, like whole-home WiFi, cameras or an office network, are quoted in writing after a free project assessment. Monthly arrangements for business clients are on the managed IT page.
Which route
- Free triage call. A short call to understand an issue and agree the next step. Extended troubleshooting and repairs are paid work.
- Paid diagnostic. Investigating an existing fault: the $85 residential diagnostic, or the $220 business minimum. Approved home repairs are charged on top of the diagnostic.
- Free project assessment. Scope a new installation or managed IT. It does not include repair work or investigation of an existing fault.
- Purchasing. Licenses and renewals and equipment get a written quote. No visit or managed IT contract is required.
Monthly support and quoted projects
For recurring maintenance and staff support, managed IT sets out the covered systems, work, support hours and monthly charge. Hardware, licenses and projects are separate unless the agreement includes them. Equipment we supply is itemized on the quote and yours to keep.
