Serving Whitehall, Ohio

Computer repair and tech help in Whitehall.

Our address on E Main St is a few minutes' drive from anywhere in Whitehall. Remote sessions need no drive at all.

Repair before replace

Most of the Whitehall calls we take are repairs on machines that are still worth keeping. A laptop that takes four minutes to reach the desktop is usually a drive or a memory problem, not a reason to buy a new machine. We check that first.

  • Computer repair: drive swaps, memory, fans, power ports, screens, and laptops that won't boot
  • Virus and malware removal: pop-ups, browser hijacks, and the fake support numbers people get talked into calling
  • Printer help: printers that dropped off the network, driver messes, and wireless setups that never worked
  • New computer setup: if the old one really is finished, we move your files, mail, and passwords across
  • General tech support: phones, TVs, tablets, and getting them all onto the same network

What we won't do

We won't sell you a subscription you don't need, and we won't quote a repair that costs more than the machine is worth. If a seven-year-old laptop needs a screen and a battery, we'll tell you the arithmetic and let you decide.

Small businesses along Main Street and Broad Street run into a narrower set of problems: a point-of-sale machine that keeps dropping, one camera system nobody can log into, and toner ordered at retail prices. We handle business cameras and security, print hardware and supplies, and support for offices.

Getting us out to Whitehall

Book a slot on the booking page or call and describe what's happening. New inquiries get a reply within one business day. Whitehall is close enough that we can often work around your schedule rather than the other way round.

The home rate is a flat $85 to diagnose, then $85 an hour if you want the work done. For a business there's a two-hour minimum of $170, which covers the call-out, diagnosis, and up to two hours of work, then $85 an hour. Most single-machine problems finish well inside the two hours. Nothing gets added on the invoice that wasn't said out loud first. See the pricing page.
