Serving Gahanna, Ohio

IT support and computer repair in Gahanna.

Gahanna is a straightforward drive northeast from our address on E Main St. We come out with the van and the tools. If a remote session will sort it, the van stays parked.

Houses built for one router

Gahanna is full of two-story houses with finished basements, which is the layout wireless handles worst. The router lands wherever the cable company put the box, usually a corner of the basement, and the far bedroom gets whatever's left. Then somebody starts taking video calls from that bedroom.

Working from home changed what people expect from a house. A network that was fine for streaming is not fine for a full day of meetings, a work laptop, a VPN, and a teenager gaming at the same time.

  • WiFi and networking: wired access points and a plan for the whole floorplan, not a mesh box in the hallway
  • Cameras: driveways, side gates, and detached garages, recording locally
  • Smart home: thermostats, locks, and lighting that stay working after the app updates
  • Computer repair: the desktop or laptop the household depends on
  • New computer setup: files, mail, printers, and saved passwords all carried across

Small offices, real networks

Gahanna has a good number of small offices, clinics, and trades businesses running on equipment somebody set up years ago and nobody has touched since. The pattern is familiar. Nothing is written down and everyone shares one password. Nobody has ever tested the backup.

We fix that end of it too: networking and install work, managed backup that gets checked rather than assumed, and business IT generally. If you'd rather have someone on call than someone on payroll, that's what business tech support is for.

Book, then we drive over

Choose a time on the booking page or call and tell us what's wrong. New inquiries get a reply within one business day. Gahanna is a normal cross-town drive for us, and there's no travel surcharge for it.

Homes are a flat $85 diagnostic and $85 an hour after that. Businesses have a two-hour minimum, $170, which covers the call-out, diagnosis, and up to two hours of work, then $85 an hour. Larger installs get a free survey and a written quote before we order anything. The pricing page has the rest.
