Gahanna is a straightforward drive northeast from our address on E Main St. We come out with the van and the tools. If a remote session will sort it, the van stays parked.
Houses built for one router
Gahanna is full of two-story houses with finished basements, which is the layout wireless handles worst. The router lands wherever the cable company put the box, usually a corner of the basement, and the far bedroom gets whatever's left. Then somebody starts taking video calls from that bedroom.

Homes are a flat $85 diagnostic and $85 an hour after that. Businesses have a two-hour minimum, $170, which covers the call-out, diagnosis, and up to two hours of work, then $85 an hour. Larger installs get a free survey and a written quote before we order anything. The pricing page has the rest.
