If something is worth fixing, we'll fix it. If it's not — a five-year-old laptop with a failing drive, for instance — we'll tell you that honestly rather than charge you for a repair that won't last.

We also think ahead. Which devices in your home are nearing the end of their useful life? What should you plan for in the next year? Most people have never been given that picture. We think it's part of the service.

Pricing

  • On-demand: $120 per hour
  • Monthly retainer: from $80/month — priority access, scheduled check-ins, and a direct line to us

For larger jobs or anything complex, we’ll discuss scope and give you a written estimate before we begin — no surprises.
